Shipping & Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us,we offer the return and exchange instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.

The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. We will notify you the estimated delivery time of your item. The Estimated delivery time is 3-5days.You can track your package online.Once we ship your package out, we will email the tracking number to you. The tracking number will be available within 48 hours.

We provide 100% satisfy service, customer could refund for no reason. Customer must follow return policy:
Return
1 . Customer should contact us for a return authorization and advice refund or exchange details. We will release authorziation and provide return address.
2 . Unworn or defective merchandise should be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received.
3 . Merchandise and package must be returned in the same condition while received.
4 . Customer should also contain a note to descript the order number, reason, action, communicate history etc.
So that we could handle your return case asap.
5 . Returns are recommend to be ship via tracable carrier, like register mail. We will not be responsible for package lose if the returned parcel is not tracable.
6 . Return fee should be prepaid by customer. We do not accept COD delivery.
If customer do not follow any of the policy, we keep the right to cancel customer return service.
Refund

After we receive and check the returned parcel, we will arrange refund according to refund policy:
1 . Postage is not refundable. We will deduct shipping cost from the amount. If order is free shipping, we will also deduct according to real shipping cost.
2 . If it's quality problem, we will offer FULL REFUND.
3 . If return is not because of quality problem, 20% stock fee will be deducted from amount.
4 . If merchandise is damaged during returned, we will deduct damage cost accordingly.
5 . Refund may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchange
After we receive the returned faulty merchandise, we will follow up your case asap.
1. Customer should contain a note to descript the order number, reason, action, communicate history etc. So that we could handle your return case asap.
2. If exchange is due to quality or our mistake, we will pay for the resend fee. For other reason of exchange, we keep the right to charge resend fee from customer.
